2. Control system is a Germany MKS Motion Controller with (3 MKS controllers,6 drives, 4 V.F.drives by Mitsubishi, 7 servo motors). It is to complete the control of unwinding tension-- EPC-- servo printing--main pull, length setting and hob sheeting--automatic insert and sheet counting--automatic conveying--- automatic deep pile and other functions.
3. The ruling system employed 4 imported AC servo motors for driving to insure top precision.
4. Main pull motor is an imported motor with V. F drive to insure accurate feeding.
5. Employed a hob knife sheeting system with AC servo motor driving to insure sheeting precision.
6. Pull-away without machine stop. Automatically shakes sheets tidy.
7. Only top imported and domestic components are used to match needs of the high speed.
8. Double Insert Stations, double unwinders, related 3-Side Trimmer, Binding Machines for exercise-book and others are at request.

I. Basic configuration

2. Printing tower with 4 printing units (that is 2 + 2 printing units)
3.Employed servo motor to insure printing and sheeting precision. Imprint precision is within + /- 0.1 mm. Sheeting precision within +/- 0.05 mm.

5. Sheet guiding roll employed high intensity aluminum alloy pipe.
6. 75mm；Expansion Clamp: dia. 75mm matches the web paper bobbin's internal diameter.
7. 1 or 2 inserting stations: vacuum feeding with pre-pushing devices.
8. With 4 sets of printing cylinders. The printing lengths are 600 mm, 615 mm, 635 mm and 540 mm.
