1. Applications:
This machine group is designed and manufactured by our company after import and digestion of overseas same type of machine. The main original materials are PP, LLDPE,HDPE, LDPE. It is to produce different functional single layer structural blank film or emboss film. The thickness ranges are 20 - 70 microns. It is mainly for plastic product plants, flexible product plants and stationery plants.
Ratio of screw length to diameter is 32:1 to insure top curing. The key T-die is imported from Belgium (Taiwan T-die is not good enough) , distributor and Model 600 cooling and forming roller employed special top quality steel and imported items of very complicated cooling process. Most transmission motors are imported with noiseless gearbox. Speed regulation employed V. F. drive made in Japan to insure stable performance speed. Temperature system employed intelligent temperature controller to insure temperature error within 1 to 2 degrees. It is also equipped with imported top electronic impactor to insure the dynes are more than 42 while the linear speed is within 150 m/min. For live time display of the film thickness error, it adopted top USA's NDC thickness inspection system . To save cost, we applied manual thickness adjustment. The rear winder is equipped with an automatic tension control system made in Japan.
